Nautilus Homes provides quality rental properties, with a specialization in off campus student housing.
We currently have 8 single family homes within 1 mile of the University of New Haven Main Campus, and we are actively looking to add more properties. We expect to have 10-12 properties for the 2017/2018 school year.
All Nautilus Homes are in excellent condition. We offer 3, 4 and 5 Bedroom properties with 1.5 to 3.0 bathrooms.
We choose houses that are walking distance to campus, with spacious living areas and plenty of parking.
