Mr. Mullin has held supervisory or management positions with Turner Construction Company, Gilbane Building Company, Research Cottrell, The Lathrop Company, Medical Construction Group, was the Vice President of Arcon Healthcare and President of Mullin Company.Mr. Mullin is a licensed General Contractor, a licensed REALTOR®, and on the Panel of Arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association.Mr. Mullin has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Purdue University and attended the Nashville School of Law.
